We collect information strictly necessary to provide reliable, audit-proof services:
- Account & Profile Information: Name, professional email address, organization name, telephone number, and authentication credentials.
- Financial & Ledger Data: Bank payment references, transaction identifiers, fee schedules, and rent obligation records processed through automated or manual settlement workflows.
- Operational & Metadata: Log entries, IP addresses, browser agent strings, and audit records generated during user interactions to ensure security and dispute resolution.
3. Multi-Tenant Cryptographic Isolation
In our applications (such as EstateTrack and EduTrack), client organizational data is segregated via strict database-level row and schema isolation (tenant_id enforcement). No tenant can access, view, or modify the records of another tenant under any circumstance.
4. No Sale of Personal Data
XILFANX LLC does not sell, rent, monetize, or trade client personal or transactional data to any third party or marketing broker. Data is processed exclusively to deliver the functionality requested by the subscribing enterprise or retail user.
5. Security Standards & Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We enforce zero plaintext secret storage, automated database backups, and granular role-based authorization barriers across all microservices.
